We’ll be pouring two unique expressions from Bugno Martino, a small organic producer making waves with high-quality, artisanal Lambrusco:
– Rosso Matilde – A dry, structured Lambrusco di Sorbara with wild berries, violets, and a clean mineral finish.
– Ciambella – Fruity, juicy, and approachable with notes of red cherry and plum. Chill it down and enjoy!
