Chablis Wine Sampling

A comprehensive examination of Chablis and its terroirs and classifications.
We will examine the history of the region, the French government’s legal definitions and the featured domaine’s (Domaine des Malandes) style and lineage. The tasting will feature 2 different Chablis cuvee’s vineyards and an explanation of each.
Your host will be Robert McFarlane of Potomac Selections, a veteran of the wine trade in the Washington DC area for the last 27 years.
