In this foundational class, you’ll learn how acidity and sweetness shape the taste, balance, and refreshment factor of wine. Through a guided tasting of contrasting white wines, you’ll discover how to identify dryness, perceive residual sugar, and understand why high-acid wines feel crisp and vibrant. We’ll introduce a simple tasting framework that you can use anytime you open a bottle.
