We are proud to work Chef Pepe Moncayo to create our small plates, sandwiches, and gourmet food selection.
A graduate of Barcelona culinary school, Chef Pepe worked his way through some of his hometown’s most celebrated restaurants until he grabbed the chance to go to Singapore to help open a restaurant with his long-time colleague. It was in Singapore where Chef Pepe had his first solo restaurant, deepened his love for cooking and the art of hospitality, and developed his unique style that blends Japanese, Spanish, and Singaporean influences. He has since taken his impressive culinary experience to Cranes, a Spanish-Japanese restaurant in the heart of Washington, D.C.
