She later ran the dining room of Eleven Madison Park as the Assistant General Manager and Service Director where she also developed and ran the cheese program. Educating staff and working with farmers allowed her the awesome opportunity to design multiple iterations of the cheese program while collaborating with numerous local artisans\, farmers\, and distributors.  \nMegan’s passion for cheese naturally led her to pursue her own business. Vaughan Cheese began by curating and serving focused cheese plates for groups excited to eat and learn about cheese. It grew to be a cheese wholesale business and online retail shop bringing American farmstead & artisan cheeses to the communities surrounding our nation’s capital.
